NATURA is a celebration of the enchanting creatures and habitats of the Maltese Islands. Following the success of our Maltese Flora collection, NATURA shifts the spotlight to the island’s enchanting small creatures and their delicate ecosystems. As a collection, NATURA aims to emphasize the crucial role of preserving Malta’s precious natural environment, an increasingly endangered gem.

The Summer Botanicals Collection is inspired by the ephemeral beauty of nature, aiming to capture its fleeting essence. Through the artful play of transparency, we created abstract layered patterns that echo the delicacy and softness of nature. Each artwork was created using gentle, dappled brush strokes mimicking the sun-kissed leaves and petals on a warm summer day.

The Maltese Flora Collection is inspired by the vivid hues and textures of our native landscape and the diverse plant life that graces the picturesque landscapes of Malta and Gozo. Living on an island which seems to continuously increase its urban footprint, the idea behind this collection stemmed from us finding an escape in our Mediterranean landscape.

A series of hand drawn digital illustrations inspired by a Maltese proverb depicting moments taken in the local context. The idea behind this set of illustrations came about after scrolling through our camera roll from the summer - each illustration highlights a specific moment taken from our local context which we felt focuses on those rare, 'slow' moments from our everyday life.
